As we get older, we lose muscle mass and bone density, which can affect strength, balance and mobility. Moving more can help you stay mobile, independent and stay steady on your feet. We are on a mission to reframe how physical activity is perceived, moving away from the traditional forms of exercise & physical activity to building movement into daily life to support behaviour change and sustainability.
