We are excited to have launched our Vision and Strategy 2030.
This Vision and Strategy 2030 sets out our clear direction of travel over the next five years as we embark on our journey of improvement.
Our People are recognised as the core of all we do and are at the centre of the Strategy – they were key to the development of the strategy and will be key to the delivery.
We want to make a difference to the people we serve through a partnership approach throughout the ‘whole life journey’ with a core focus on improving outcomes.
We have created a new vision statement – ‘Together we will grow as a learning organisation focused on providing safe, quality care based on a community-first approach throughout the whole life journey’ summarised as ‘Together, Improving Care, Transforming Lives’.
We will be holding a formal launch of the strategy in June (post-encompass) so more details will be shared at that time.

Pre-launch engagement
From November 2023 we have engaged in a number of face to face and virtual sessions with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including service user and carer forums, community and voluntary sector, elected representatives, community planning partnerships and a roadshow across five Trust venues.
We thank everyone who has took the time out to help us to understand the opportunities and challenges from a wide range of users, staff and partners and we appreciate all the involvement to date.
