The spring vaccination programme will commence on 7 April 2025.
If you are housebound and fall within an eligible group your GP will refer you to a HSC Trust team to arrange your vaccination. If you have any further queries, you can contact the vaccination service Tel: 028 3756 0300. GPs should make housebound referrals as early as possible in the programme to allow for planning of home visits.
Eligibility for Spring Booster
- adults over 75 years (by 30 June 2025) – eligible patients can attend their GP or Trust clinic
- residents in a care home for older adults (applies to ALL residents of a care home) – Community pharmacies will pair with all care homes
- individuals aged six months and over (by 30 June 2025) who are immunosuppressed
- For those aged 6 months to 4 years – eligible patients will be identified by their Paediatrician. For more information parents/guardians can contact Booking Line Tel:02837560300 Mon-Fri 09:30-12:30
- For those aged 5 to 17 years (i.e. those born between 1 July 2007 and 30 June 2019) eligible patients will be identified by their GP and can attend a Trust led clinic to receive the vaccine.. - For those aged 18 + – eligible patients can attend their GP, Community Pharmacy or Trust clinic
