In Daisy Hill we host a 22 bed maternity unit which caters for Antenatal / Postnatal Mothers and their new babies. It is staffed by sisters, midwives, maternity support workers (MSW) Health Care assistants (HCA) all who rely on the efficient services provided by domestic’s services and the portering staff alike. Some midwives have worked here for many years and some are brand new and just starting their midwifery career.
