We coordinate and deliver a wide range of physical activity facilitator training for community, voluntary and statutory organisations. These free courses enable staff and volunteers to be able to promote increased physical activity through delivering programmes tailored for specific groups.

- Moving More Often (for frail elderly)
- Early Movers Training (for under fives)
- Walk Leader
- Cycle Leader
- Simply Street (hip hop dance for young people)
- Chi Me (Tai Chi influenced exercises)
- On your feet (for mobile older people)
- Chair based exercise (for those with limited mobility)
- Step by Step (for learning disability) – This programme encourages service users to be aware of how many steps we take each day, along with highlighting how we all can move more and sit less.
