People and communities are at the heart of the Promoting Wellbeing Division’s approach to improving health and wellbeing.
We use community development approaches to engage with communities, building their capacity to address inequalities in health and improve wellbeing. Our staff promote user involvement across the Trust, to connect those who use services (and their carers) with those responsible for planning and delivery to ensure services are safe, high quality and meeting needs.
