Thursday 9 November is World Quality Day 2023 this an annual celebration of the world’s commitment to quality improvement and is a great opportunity to shine the spotlight on our staff, teams and projects within the Trust that are deeply invested in creating and improving patient care.
As an organisation we take pride in the quality of services we deliver. Quality is the foundation of the Southern Trust and our organisation is committed to improving services and the experience of patients and clients every day of the year.
Today we are delighted to launch our Annual Quality Report 2022/2023 to coincide with World Quality Day. The aim of the report is to share information and demonstrate improvements both to those who use health and social care services and those who deliver them.
