An amazing £11,580 has been presented to the Mandeville Unit by a Newry family.
Carol Hughes and family raised the money through a fundraising event – head shave and wax night, sponsor sheets, raffle and auction.
Presenting the cheque to the Acute Services Fund to Dr Foy (Consultant Haematologist) and Melissa Montgomery (Staff Nurse) are Carol Hughes, husband Enda Hughes, son Enda Hughes, daughter Lisa Hughes and grandson Jack Hughes.
