We are pleased to share the Being Human – HSC Safety Culture Framework, which sets out a shared vision for a positive, open and compassionate safety culture across Health and Social Care.
The framework supports us to prioritise the safety, wellbeing and experience of patients and staff, while strengthening learning and improvement across our services.
Many colleagues are already involved, including those who attended the recent Being Human ECHO launch and those taking on roles as Ambassadors and Champions to lead this work locally and regionally.
This is an important opportunity for all of us to help strengthen our safety culture and continue improving how we care for and support one another.
