As we approach encompass Go-Live milestone on 8 May 2025, we have successfully completed our final 30 Day Go-Live Readiness Assessment event. This event took place on Wednesday 9 April 2025 at Lough Neagh Discovery Centre.
This critical checkpoint brought together representatives from Epic, regional encompass, Digital Health Care Northern Ireland and other Trusts colleagues both in person and virtually. We were also delighted to welcome colleagues from East Sussex and North Essex Foundation Trust in person as they prepare to implement Epic later this year.
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has contributed their time, expertise and unwavering support throughout our journey. Your dedication has been instrumental in getting us to this point and we couldn’t have done it without you.
Let’s carry this momentum forward as we move into the final phase of Go-Live with confidence and excitement for this digital transformation.
