Breastfeeding Peer Support is mother-to-mother support given by women who have breastfed their own children and who, with specialist training, provide support to our breastfeeding families. Following the birth of your baby, the peer support service will be offered to you and you will be linked with a peer volunteer to help and support on your journey. Support services are available in the form of telephone advice and if necessary, a peer support volunteer can arrange to meet you locally or at a breastfeeding support group.
